Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen for one of our clients based in St Albans. This role has a great deal of variety and if you enjoy being busy this could be for you.

Day to day duties are responsibility for postal duties, sorting and dispatching.
Managing stationery orders and dealing with faulty equipment concerns as well as looking after a central email system.
You will be responsible for making sure the area is kept to a high cleanliness specification, ordering and replenishing catering supplies such as tea and coffee. Part of your role will be covering reception and a smart professional image is required.

To be considered for this role you will need a driving licence, be computer literate and have a good report with people.

You will be entitled to a pension scheme, have break out areas for your lunch, access to medical care, free tea and coffee and some shared parking.
