Job Description

An exciting new facilities opportunity has arisen for one of our clients based in St Albans. This role has a great deal of variety and if you enjoy being busy this could be for you!

Day to day duties:

  • Postal duties, sorting and dispatching
  • Managing stationery orders and dealing with faulty equipment concerns as well as looking after a central email system
  • You will be responsible for making sure the area is kept to a high cleanliness specification, ordering and replenishing catering supplies such as tea and coffee
  • Part of your role will be covering reception and a smart professional image is required

the first few months the role may also include some administrative support across the Practice Support Groups (PSG) - the areas of which include: Facilities, HR, Compliance, Finance, IT and Marketing. So we'd like the person to be flexible and be willing to support the practice in other areas as and when required. The first few months will also likely involve a lot of Storage and file retrieval work

To be considered for this role you will need a driving licence, be computer literate and have a good report with people.

You will be entitled to a pension scheme, have break out areas for your lunch, access to medical care, free tea and coffee and some shared parking.

Salary: 17-18k

Hours: 09:00 - 17:15 with 60 minute lunch break. Once things return to some form of normality the position is rota based with a start time from 08.30 and a finish time of 6pm. (08.30 - 4.45pm / 09.00 - 5.15pm / 9.45 - 6pm)
