Job Description

Our client is seeking a facilities assistant on a temporary basis to provide support to the busy team.

Our public sector client DEFRA are offering this opportunity to start ASAP until October 2022.
Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, £11.03/hr.

This position will include duties such as:
- issue and/or produce IDs
- meet and greet visitors from within DEFRA and EA
- data entry
- general administration tasks
- support the team with admin requests
- monitor, issue and order stationary
- set-up meeting rooms
- handle any queries regarding maintenance issues

We are looking for candidates who are IT literate, have a can-do attitude and are a team player.
You must have a good sense of humour, be flexible and are able to think outside of the box.

Our client requires the following skills/experience

* Good IT Skills in Microsoft packages

* Ability to communicate well at all levels

Previous office experience is desirable or transferable skills

Pay Rate £11.03 per hours, holiday pay and pension available
