Facilities Coordinator - ASAP
Our client is a well-established British manufacture company within kitchens, joinery and hardware products in the UK and EU. They are looking for a Fleet and Facilities Co-Ordinator located in Watford.
This is a 12 Months Mat Cover ending in September 2023 with the opportunity to be offered a permanent role.
Your duties include and you will be the key point of contact:
Phones / iPads / laptops / Dongles issuing new / replacement handsets, validating the hardware and rental invoices, ensuing cost centres are charged correctly identifying high and zero usage and resolving user issues.
Sanitary bins Key contact for our supplier, ensuring all Depots have a minimum of one sanitary bin (legal requirement), Ensuring new depots have a sanitary bin prior to opening, Validating the monthly invoice and Resolving service issues
Fleet (company cars) Arranging contributions / deductions from employee's pay, following a "non-recoverable" incident, validating our motor insurance claims, ensuring our automatic payment accounts for TFL and Dart are up-to-date and Providing our H&S department with incident data
Fuel Cards Issuing new / replacement fuel cards in accordance with the policy, and issuing a copy of the policy, cancelling fuel cards for leavers, Validating the weekly invoice, Providing Payroll with the necessary data.
Out-going post at Depots Key contact for our Online Business Account with Royal Mail Set up new Depots with access, validate weekly invoices, resolve issues and Notify Depots of any changes to the system
You will need to have 2 years office experience working in a similar role in a fast-passed environment, strong communication skills both verbal and written, self-motivated, Team player and good IT skills.
Your package, salary £25- £28k based on the experience, Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm, office located in Croxley with hybrid working, free parking, Retirement plan, 25days holiday + bank holiday, staff discount.
