We are looking for an experienced Facilities Co-Ordinator for a well-established lettings company based in Leeds city centre.
Duties of the role will include:
" To provide first class customer service to our resident, clients, and other stakeholders.
" To be the first point of contact for all leasehold owners, tenants and their agents via
" Placing repair orders via Helpdesk for works approved by the property manager
" Chasing up and monitoring the progress of contractors completing repair orders.
" Lodging building insurance claims.
" Responding to leasehold owners and tenant enquiries via telephone, letter, and email as required.
" Providing timely updates by phone or email on enquiries received.
" Action any work orders or repairs that may be required following a site visit.
" Investigating and escalating as required complaints received ensuring formal complaints are lodged by the complaint's handler.
" Updating notes on management software and assisting Property Managers with portal updates.
" Providing general support to the Block Management function and Property
" Management Team.
" Following up to conclusion insurance claims and updating residents and the property
" Reporting any potential third-party liability claims.
" Obtaining quotes for day to day maintenance works and soft services
" Liaising with contractors.
Experience with property management software would be a distinct advantage
Offices are based a short walking distance from the Leeds Train & Bus stations
Salary between £21,000 - £25,000 depending upon experience
Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
