We are working on behalf of our client who is taking over the management of a new prestigious City building.
We are looking for an experienced and proven Facilities Manager to join this new team. You will be a key contact for operational delivery and will be expected to develop a proactive professional working relationship, raising standards and the profile of the team, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be reporting to the Building Services Manager and will be responsible for managing and developing your own team. Being a new building you will be responsible for responding to problems and concerns as well as implementing policies, rules and regulations-including health and safety, (IOSH Minimum)security and environmental policy.
You will review and manage contract documents and ensure superior contract delivery of all contract deliverables as well as control budgets.
We are looking for a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role ideally with formal qualifications.You must have strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
The role is available now so candidates on shorter notice periods are preferred.
