A new role has arisen for a facilities manager. My client is looking to recruit a new team member as their growing company is currently in need of a responsible individual to fill the position of Facilities Manager.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal operating results. The successful candidate will oversee the company's facility operations all while remaining in compliance with industry regulations.
You will be working for a firmly established family run business that are passionate about delivering a unique level of personal service, for the education and sports sector.They pride themselves on their renowned reputation and are growing from strength to strength.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties so will be extremely busy and happy to switch to different tasks in a working day.On a day to day basis you will be providing an integral support for all facilities. ,business supplies ,fleet administration insurance and contract negotiations.Time management skills are key for this role with the ability to prioritise the day to day requests.
Ideally you will have a facilities management background of at least 2 years be able to cover all aspects of the role and be a strong communicator with good Microsoft skills in Word and Excel
The salary for this role is £40K.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, up to 30 hours a week. Flexibility is required for the role in terms of the hours worked but you will need to be present Monday to Friday.There is free on site car parking ,company fun days ,pension and career progression.
