We are working on behalf of our client, a professional services and investment management firm specialising in real estate, who are looking for a Soft Services Facilities Manager to support one of their most prestigious accounts in the City of London. They are focused on opportunity and want to support you in achieving your ambitions and potential.
Working very closely with the EMEA IFM Program Manager (Soft Services), the Procurement team and with the on site delivery teams, your main objective is to ensure that contractual obligations are protected, policy and procedures are in place, best practice is achieved and innovation and service delivery are of the highest standards with uniformity across the whole EMEA region.
You will have a minimum of 5 years exposure in a FM role within a LARGE commercial organisation with exposure to supplier/ contractor management- any extensive janitorial contract exposure is advantageous.
You will have experience of working with quality, environmental and EHS management systems -any related accreditation a definite advantage.
The ability to work in a collaborative team environment where decision making and complex problem solving are 2nd nature is essential. Naturally you will have excellent verbal & written communication with a high level of IT literacy
