Facilities Network Team Member

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Location: City of London
Hours: Monday-Friday - 9.00am-5.30pm Office based.
Job type: Permanent

Do you have experience of providing a 5* client experience with a high-level service role such as within hospitality, aviation or hotels?

Are you able to work on own initiative with strong communication skills?



My client is a well-established global organisation within the facilities management industry. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Network team member to join their team on a full-time basis within their offices in the City of London.

As a Network team member, you will be situated within the City of London's leading organisations & establishments. You will be flexible in location and trained to cover the onsite teams of these organisations when needed. You will have the opportunity to visit different venues weekly delivering a 5* service to both the internal management team and the guests. You will create an environment where you are the customers "go to" and nothing is beyond limitation!

Within the position of Network Team Member, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our client's end users want to be a part of. You will actively seek opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts
  • Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
  • Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests
  • Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
  • As a brand ambassador for the company and the client site you represent you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
  • To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer
  • To show responsibility for personal health and safety
  • To work as part of the workplace team within Front of House providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include; proactively welcoming visitors and tenants, managing all client & visitor requests, process all meeting room requests, organise meeting rooms to the desired level, build relationships effectively.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, facilities management or senior client facing role delivered at an elite/5* level. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a background in a front of house / customer facing role. You will need to be a real people person with a confident and proactive character.

You will have/display:

  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
  • 5* membership or guest management experience
  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
  • Microsoft package use
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Health & Safety

What's in it for you?
