My client offers bespoke, cost effective, low-risk, vacant property security solutions to protect commercial and residential buildings.
The role will include sourcing contractors, managing operational relationships with contractors, ensuring the quality of work delivered by the teams is of the highest standard & complies with the company's requirements, 10% of your work will require you to go off site and check the quality of work, allocating and scheduling set ups jobs with various teams, chasing contractors for job completion, ensuring jobs and repairs are commenced and completed in accordance with timescales and within budget!
You will need to have a keen eye for detail
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to multi task as this is a hands on role
Have great customer service skills
Able to be consistent, dependable and efficient
Ability to work within high pressured situations
*knowledge of the building trade and/or maintenance
*working knowledge of supplier management and contracting
£23,000 with 25 days holiday PLUS 8 bank holidays, seasonal events paid for by company, full training and job relevant courses
9:30am - 5:30pm
