My public sector client based in Solihull is looking for a Facilities Operations Assistant to support their facilities team. This is a temporary ongoing assignment full time Monday to Friday paying £8.35 per hour.
The role will be to provide support assistance to deliver a comprehensive, efficient and effective range of facility services to meet the organisations requirements.
You would be acting as an initial point of contact for the team, so that communication of this initial contact is sign posted to the correct individual to deal with the query. The role would also provide administrative support to maximise the effective use of the manager and team`s time, therefore you would need to be proactive in streamlining processes, updating all records and information accurately and promptly to facilitate departmental work flow.
Above all the successful candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively, be able to provide good customer service with great interpersonal skills and have experience of working within property and building services department.
