Job Description

My client based in the Luton area is looking for a Maintenance/Compliance/Caretaker for an ongoing role.

If you`re a multi-trader, looking for a full time position, please do not hesitate to get in contact ASAP.

Ideally you will have been in a similar role previously, if not then full training will be provided.

You will be responsible for maintaining a spotless office environment.

You must be able to work on your own initiative and able to prioritise the daily tasks.

This is a busy and varied, rewarding position where the right candidate can leave their mark!

Some of your day to day duties will include (these will change and extra duties given):

" Distribution of post / deliveries from reception.
" Refill hand paper towel, toilet roll, soap, dispensers in all toilets, checking toilets throughout day.
" Unblock drains as required.
" Change light bulbs and strip lights as required
"Checking dates on Fire extinguishers
"Flushing taps in vacant rooms
"Testing emergency lighting

Our client is looking for a hard-working, honest and diplomatic individual who demonstrates a high level of understanding for the above tasks. You will need to display an aptitude for lone working & getting the job done properly, once you realise how important this role is to the business.
