My Government client is looking for an Admin Assistant (Band F) to join their team in Manchester City Centre.
You will be working Monday - Friday 9-5, no weekend work required. The role is a long-term temporary position.
Your duties will include:
Preparing papers and files for Tribunal
Producing tribunal documents
General photocopying and filing
Post opening and dispatch
Drafting letters and standard correspondence
To work as part of a team and ensure meetings are timely and productive
To work as part of a wider team to problem solve and collectively work on small projects
As this role is a Government contract, you will be required to undergo a Basic DBS Check and we will need to obtain 3 years' worth of references.
