We are currently seeking passionate Waking Night, Family Assessment Practitioner to work within a residential home for mothers and babies within the Haslingden area.

You will be working for a high-quality OFSTED Family care provider who deliver individualised care packages to families from a wide range of backgrounds including substance misuse, trauma and anxiety. This organisation really looks after their staff and endeavour to keep to their values throughout.

As the Waking Night, Family Assessment Practitioner you will be responsible for supporting and assessing parents and meeting all babies` needs. You will complete the morning and night routines with the families, providing handover to your colleagues. You will complete regular checks and reports of the Building ensuring all mothers and babies are safe. You will also provide emotional support throughout the night where necessary.

This is a great opportunity for further development and experience working with families. The successful candidate will hold a relevant experience within a similar setting included and not limited to early years and residential experience.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of £28,000 In addition to exciting benefits and opportunities for training, progression and career development.
