Our client is a Family Law firm based in the outskirts of Cardiff. They are the conveyancing Firm of the Year and are now up for UK Client Care Awards and Law Firm of the Year.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
" Sorting out ancillary matters, children matters,(Private not necessarily public law), separation matters, emergency injunctions,
" Occupation and non-molestation experience (even though they are rare.)
" Be able to provide advice and assistance on Divorces.
" Meeting and liaising with new clients.
Skills Required
" Excellent communication skills
" Must have exceptional client skill, be able to show empathy to clients but also fight to obtain the best outcome for them
" A strong team player
" Be beneficial if you had experience in LPA's, Court of Protection, elderly client work, drafting and preparing wills, IHT planning advise, IPFDA advice and claims, drafting oaths, IHT Forms.
Minimum Expectations
" Must have at least 1 year PQE in family Law
