- Apply a trauma-informed approach using the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) in daily practice.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with families to support meaningful engagement.
- Signpost families to additional support services related to mental health, substance misuse, and domestic abuse.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it).

- Full UK driving licence required.
Shift Pattern
- 13 shifts over a 4-week period (6 nights / 7 days)
- Includes alternate weekends
- Day shifts: 8:00am - 8:30pm | Night shifts: 8:00pm - 8:30am
Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 annual salary
- Private health care
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
