Our client based in the Pentwyn area of Cardiff is looking for a Fault Call Assistant to work in their Contact Centre as part of a small and busy team, if you have the skill to remain calm under pressure be patient and diplomatic when handling customer situations and have a natural enthusiastic personality then you could be part of this company.
You will be providing telephone and email service for the contact centre.
Co-ordinating field service engineer visits to customer sites
Update and maintain the company database
You will be working 37.5 hours a week between the hours Monday to Friday of 8am - 7pm worked on a rota basis of 8am - 4.30pm, 9am - 5.30pm and 10.30am - 7pm and working approx. 1 weekend in 3, hours of 8am - 5.30pm Saturday and 9am - 5pm Sunday (weekend working paid at an overtime rate)

Experience of dealing with customer enquiries within a contact/call centre is needed along with good computer skills plus being an outstanding communicator and team player.
