Are you an experienced Financial Conduct Authority Regulated Complaints Advisor, looking for your next challenge? If so, then we want to hear from you! We`re working with a well-established company based in Bradford, looking for a talented and experienced FCA Regulated Complaints Advisor to join their 6-person team.

Job Specification Salary: £19,000

· Responding to complaints

· Dealing with customers over the telephone and via post/email

· 100% Office Based

Qualifications

· FCA Regulations Experience

Skills

· Good written English skills

· Good understanding of FCA regulations and timescales

· Experience dealing with FCA regulated complaints
