This opportunity is for someone of all Fee Earner abilities to join their expanding and vibrant team in their state of the art Liverpool city central office.
Day to day you will have a busy duties, working on the full range from instruction to post-completion.
The purpose of this role is for the right candidate that can handle a mixed caseload that will resolve around the initial review and preparation of each case documentation all the way through to conclusion, whether that results by way of settlement or following trial.
Day to day duties include:
Maintaining good relationships both internally and externally, having a timely and accurate maintenance of all case management.
Drafting, reviewing and submitting correspondence by both e-mail and letter.
Taking and making telephone calls, undertaking all discussions and negotiations with each client, third party solicitors and insurers.
Pursuing and determining the appropriate settlement of all cases at a rapid and effective pace.
