One of Oxford`s most respected employers is looking for a Fees Administrator on a temporary basis for a 4 month assignment. The successful candidate would need to commit to the duration of the assignment!
The hourly rate is £12.45 working full time 37 hours per week.
This role requires GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS so if this sounds like you then this may be the role for you! Working as part of a team you will administer all aspects of financial process for this company.
Main Duties of the role:
- Understand the functions of the department in order to give accurate information to customers and colleagues
- Act as the main point of contact for all enquires
- Provide the highest standard of customer service to internal and external customers
- Offer advice and guidance on the financial implications of any adjustments
