BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a female hostel support worker in Liverpool to provide residential support and interventions for up to 20 women. You will be expected to adopt the same holistic, women centred approach the service undertake in order to advocate in the best manner for the women.

The post holder will be providing ongoing support for women with complex support needs. This will involve proactively working to support clients to manage risks and implement safely plans and improve financial, physical and emotional well being. You will also address additional support needs relating to mental health, substance use, domestic violence and offending behaviour.

There is a high level of client contact in this role, as well as work with external agencies and community based organisations. You will therefore actively developing links and positive working relationships with multi-agencies across the city

You will need to evidence previous experience within this field and demonstrate your knowledge during the interview.

In order to be considered for this role, you must:
- Have at least 1 year`s experience in the sector
- An Enhanced DBS is required for this role, or you must be willing to pay £50 for a new check to be ran
