A local family run business that has been established for circa 100 years. Your primary focus will be to provide a professional Customer Service to every customer, every time! You will be responsible for the companies key accounts, ensuring all orders are processed in an timely and accurate manner. You will liaise with your customers regularly to see if the company can offer any additional services; update them on orders and book further orders. You will need to have the ability to up sell, cross sell and find innovative ways to increase the company's revenue streams.
This is a Permanent role Monday - Friday 09.00-17:30. You will manage and develop sales and hire of Fremco Blowing Machines and fibre test/measurement and splicing equipment to increase sales. To develop and win potential new business by effective and proactively developing opportunities through prospecting and following up sales leads that are self generated and generated via the Sales office. To provide all relevant information and back up to achieve sales targets in line with the company and Sales Department's objectives
For your skills and experience you can expect a competitive starting salary of £25,000 with the opportunity to earn up to 20% commission + benefits including Parking on site, pension, discounts and progression
