EXPERIENCED FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR NEEDED!!!!!!!!!

A reputable national domiciliary client of mine is recruiting far a field care supervisor to cover the Pulborough area West Sussex.

Have you got experience working as a field care supervisor or experience within the domiciliary sector at a senior or managerial level.
Do you have a drivers license as you the role involves driving? (car provided)

You will be responsible for carers/ support workers within your area.
You will be carrying out individual assessment needs for new and potential clients.
You will be carrying out risk assessment
You will be liaising with care co-ordinators and managers
You will spend 95% of your time in the field and 5% in the office.
You will facilitate practical inductions for new starters and on going identified individual training needs for carers.

This is a 40 hours a week role with 2 days off ( any 5 days across 7 days a week)
You will be on-call 7 days a week ( nature of the industry)
We need someone with knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills

For this role:
You will be paid £24,000
