Job Description

Field Customer Liaison

Our client is looking for a Field Customer Liaison to support the Retail Network of the business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our retailer network within an assigned territory and deliver the retail and marketing plans by supporting and growing in store standards to meet sales and Returns To Good Causes.

Your duties:

To plan and prepare store visits, drive high in store standards, delivery key message, changes and marketing / merchandising. Logging visits log, identifying any sales opportunities, building relationships. Finding ways to improve service, going through stock, recalls and offering an outstanding service.

Skills required:

Strong communication skills, very solution focused, commercial acumen, building relationships. Able to manage your own workload, IT skills, and UK driving licence.

This is a full time, permanent role, field based in North West to South London location, Mon to Fri, £27k salary with company car and fuel card. Progression and development with great training and much more.
