Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide a consistent and professional service to clients and actively meet and exceed sales targets and profit margins. You will be required to respond to client's requests for services and support and company internal requests to a high standard. Deliver support to clients in a friendly and welcoming manner at all times with the aim of customer satisfaction and customer retention.

You will promote company products and services when possible and build strong client relationships that will aid delivery of company targets, growth with increased sales revenue and margins. You will be required to cover the South Wales and Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities
* Locate and develop new business
* General Account Management and Support
* Support clients in all areas
* Build strong client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction and retention
* Manage call client expectations in line with deadlines
* Presentations to clients for the promotion and sales of products and services
* Participation in projects as required to help meet company targets and deadlines
