Job Description

Do you have a background in Plant or similar industries? Transport and/or hire desk experience preferred.

I am seeking to find a Field Service Controller who will initially take this role on for a 1 year contract to cover maternity leave. There is opportunity to stay with this company, and be offered a permanent position (performance based).

The role includes:
- Assisting the administration department, booking jobs onto the in-house system
- Raising and preparing quotations for customer repairs
- Organising and planning engineers schedules for routine maintenance and breakdowns on machinery
- Working with the parts team to ensure parts are available for engineers to attend site
- Keeping customers always update and informed
- In addition you will require equipment technical knowledge to assist with customer enquiries
- This is a desk based job and you must have proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, a confident and clear telephone manner, ability to multi task and prioritise tasks as required.

Role is based near Stirling
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (based on experience)
Hours of work: 8.30-5.00pm (1/2 hour for lunch)
