This is a great opportunity to join a very successful supplier of electrical lifting
equipment. You will be providing service and customer support during field and workshop visits to deliver the desired customer service experience.
The area to be covered is the North of England, from Birmingham up to Scotland
It is essential for this position that you are an electrically biased engineer. The role will require some working away from home so you should have a flexible attitude.
Responsibilities within the role
Service and repair of a vast range of electrically powered trucks and lifting equipment
Advanced fault finding, diagnostics
Provide timely and detailed service reports
Follow all the company's procedures and protocols
Van stock management
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organisation
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Proven field service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to work away from home (Maximum of 3 Nights)
Full and clean driving license

Basic Salary £28,000 with opportunities for overtime
