Customer Care team is committed to providing a proactive and responsive service to our clients in the 3 key areas of field service role, this is reactive breakdown calls, planned maintenance visits, and project installation work. Backed by a 6 man field service team we are work to focus KPI`s to respond in a timely, professional and efficient way.
The role we are currently trying to fill is a field based engineer, this is predominantly London based work and as the name suggests is for routine servicing and preventative maintenance on coffee machines, this would include filter changes, descaling and exchanging wear and tear parts on systems, this requires collaborative thinking and team work.
The key qualities we would look for in a person would include the following;
o Good listening skills - understanding the customer
o Good communication skills - the ability to clearly articulate a situation
o The ability to work under client and time pressure
o The willingness to work flexibly
o A willingness to innovate - our team is dynamic
