Field Service Engineer

Coventry

£25,000 - £30,000

Mon - Thur (8.00am - 4.30pm) and Fri (8.00am - 2.00pm)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an inspiration and energetic company that is truly at the forefront of technology. They are now seeking a professional, competent and technically skilled site technician/ field service engineer to join their talented team.

To be considered for this role you MUST have the following:

A level 3 or higher electrical or electronic qualification.
Understanding of analogue measurement sensors, operating from either 4-20mA loop powered or 24V DC.
Good IT skills to allow network routers set up on site.
Understanding and interpretation of wiring schematics, mechanical and assembly drawings.
Wiring skills, including crimp and solder terminations.
Technical fault finding skill.
Computer proficient (software based reporting structure in operation).


The following are DESIRABLE for this position:

Safe handling of hazardous gas cylinders (training to be provided).
Knowledge of calibration process of gas, pressure and temperature sensors (training to be provided).


Also IDEALLY you will have the following:

Any CompEx certification, experience of working with biogas plants or understanding of biogas generation processes are advantageous.


This role offers a starting salary of £25-30K depending on your experience, in addition you will receive a van, tools and branded clothing as well as product specific training.
