Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, driven Field Service Technician to join a fantastic company. As this is a home-based role, you will need to be IT Literate, have excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments and always offer the best customer service.

You will work primarily within the M4 / M5 corridor area but occasionally travel to other parts of the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Ideally you will live within 30 minutes of Cwmbran.

You will work 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30PM with 30 minutes lunch. Sometimes earlier starts and finish times, out of hours work and occasional overnight stays in the UK (1 to 2 per month) will be required. All accommodation and living expenses are covered by the company if an overnight stay is required.

Basic salary up to £33k depending on experience, plus overtime and an incentive bonus of up to £6k per year. You will also be provided with a fully expensed Service Van, Company Laptop, Mobile Phone, Company Pension Scheme, Work Uniform (laundered by Company), 33 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays

You must have a Full UK Driver's License and experience in one or more of the following:

• Rotating Equipment
• Motors
• Pumps
• Mechanics
• Electrical
• Refrigeration
• Pipe Fitting
