Brook Street is very excited to be recruiting for the NHS. There are 4 Field Support Engineer roles available - 2 in Derby and 2 in Chesterfield, though if you are prepared to travel, do not let the location stand in your way.
The role is a temporary one, until the end of Mar 20 but is full-time, Mon to Fri, 37hrs/week.

As a Field Support Engineer, you will be part of a team travelling all over Derbyshire providing an IT service to the various users across various NHS sites.

Be part of a team delivering technical support on site to customers across a wide geographical area
Be responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and fulfilment of customer requests, in accordance with standard operational procedures and agreed performance criteria
Provide consistent high quality technical support services to the customer base.

You will require your own transport with a full driving licence and a can-do attitude.
An ability to quickly form professional relationships with 3rd Party suppliers and providers, Primary Care, General Practices and within the ICT Support Teams.

It is essential that you have field support experience whether within the NHS or private sector.

The rate of pay starts at £10.83/hr for the first 12 weeks and will then increase to £12.38/hr thereafter. Travel expenses will also be paid to cover the travel from location to location.
