Job Description


Brook Street have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a fantastic client as a full time Field Technician based in and around the Southend area.

Our client is the largest independent provider of technical services support to the UK brewing industry. Due to them working with a very big client they look to ensure that the highest standard of customer service is delivered every time.

The Role

As part of their regional teams you will be responsible for giving their Smart Dispense customers the very best customer service experience every time. This will involve visiting a wide range of licensed premises every four weeks carrying out a detailed technical and quality health check of the Smart Dispense system. By visiting these premises on a regular basis it will allow you the opportunity to help build the customer`s business by ensuring the continued great quality.

You don`t have to have any previous technical experience in this industry or similar although if you do this will help in your development. We can, and will develop these practical skills with you.

Key responsibilities and duties

'' You will be allocated jobs on a daily basis, uploaded on the companys tablet.
" To complete the jobs and recordings in a timely manner.
" To provide specialist technical expertise and advice with regards customers.
" Ensure that Customer Service Standards are exceeded at all times. This includes:
o Quality of work carried out to the customers satisfaction;
o Meeting the agreed response time;
o Meeting access times;
o Ensuring personal presentation is excellent at all times.
o Follow reporting procedure to report all agreed follow-up-action agreed with the customer.

This is a full time position with the working hours of: Monday - 7am to 4:30pm (30 minutes lunch) & Tuesday to Friday 7am to 4pm (30 minutes lunch)
