Fantastic opportunity to join a large growing global company! This role requires a lot of travelling and is field based, you will be visiting customers all over the UK, with the main HQ based in London. 80% of your time will be on the field with the field security experts and the other 20% reporting to the HQ (operations team). Ideally you will live in Midlands location or as close to.

Basic £30,000 per annum OTE £40,000 - £50,000

Main duties;
- Establish, build and maintain long lasting relationships
- Provide on the job training and coaching to the technicians
- Upselling new technologies
- Win back customers who request to cancel
- Hit your KPI`s
- Prepare reports (Daily, weekly & monthly) to the field security experts

The person;
- Full clean UK driving license
- Strong IT skills including MS Office & Excel
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Sales & Retention experience is essential
- Passionate about customer experience and providing the best service
- Multi task
- Midlands based
