9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

As a Finance Administrator your duties will include, electronically importing information from the external banking systems onto specific software for reconciliation whilst manually posting bank receipts and payments accurately into the finance system.
Identifying and investigate unmatched items raising queries with the bank ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently whilst escalating any discrepancies to the Managers and Team Leaders where necessary.
Produce bank reconciliation, resolve all historic queries as a priority task and ensure all required reporting is completed within agreed time frames.
For this position you will have
Experience working in a finance or banking administration department
Good IT skills - Office and some knowledge of finance software is desirable
Intermediate level Excel
The position is currently offering a hybrid mix of working from home and 2/3 days in the office per week.
