Job Description
Finance Administrator
(temporary role)
Our client is looking for a temporary Finance Admin to provide professional support and their expertise. The role is based in Portsmouth and would be initially until the end of January, with possibility of extension until the end of February.
Main Purpose of the role
- Raising purchase orders
- Goods receipt
- New supplier requests
- Direct ordering of stationery and IT equipment
- Staff on-boarding - new starter accounts
- Updating staff list
Shift Pattern:
- Monday - Thursday from 08:30 - 17:15 (1h 10 mins lunch break)
- Friday from 08:30 - 16:15 (1h 10 mins lunch break)
Skills required
- Finance administration preferred
- Google Suite
Salary range
- Up to £12 per hour D.O.E
