Job Description
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 DOE
Benefits: Full training, 25 days holiday with the option to purchase up to 5 days extra a year , Pension Scheme, onsite gym, private medical cover, Life assurance and wellbeing support
Hours: Full time Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30
Are you an experienced finance administrator or graduate looking for your next career move?
Our client are a well-established construction company who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team.
They are looking for a highly organised individual with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise their own workload.
You will be working closely with the Finance Director and Operations Director.
Responsibilities include:
" Monitoring timesheet postings
" Carrying out credit checks
" Preparing and issuing documentation
" Assisting in creating and processing customer invoices
" Managing a busy accounts inbox
" Mailing and filing correspondence
" Placing orders
