Job Title: Financial Administrator
Type: Temporary - Ongoing
My client is one of the largest wireless internet service providers in the UK, providing internet to remote areas in the UK. They are now looking for a Financial Administrator to join their expanding team due to their recent successes.
Job Role of Financial Administrator:
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Logging all stock
Keep organized records
Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents
Enter data and maintain updates to records
Input of supplier invoices onto Sage and project tracker.
Identify and rectify address discrepancies
Filing of invoices into the system
Other admin duties as required
Desired Experiences for Financial Administrator:
Some knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures and a familiarity with Sage desirable
Previous experience with Excel
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
