Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant has arisen with our esteemed client on the outskirts of Leeds/Bradford. Due to increased growth, they`re now in a position to appoint a savvy accounts assistant on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a confident candidate to join a thriving and supportive company, keen on employee retention and support.
The role will involve all aspects of supporting the finance team with their administrative work. Duties will include:
Processing credit notes onto the in house system
Processing invoices onto system
Reconciling supplier statements
Aiding internal/external departments with any queries
Undertake any ad hoc administration duties to support the Finance team
The role would suit an AAT Level 2 candidate, either part or fully qualified.
We`re looking for excellent numeric skills and a keen eye for detail.
You`ll need to be keen on developing a career within accounts and quick to pick up new skills.
Experience with Sage is highly desired, although exposure to Oracle or Exchequer will also be considered.
It`s vital you have some work experience within an accounts function.
