Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a temporary finance officer to join one of my client`s based in Cheshire, This post is initially for 3 months with the possibility that it may be extended.

You will be responsible for all of the accounts and records for the business. You will be required to provide support and advice to all managers and staff on the full range of finance policy and procedure issues, ensuring that communication to them is accurate and clear.

Your duties will include inputting, processing and matching of purchase ledger invoices and dealing with all finance system related queries. You must ensure a swift payment of all invoices, expenses, refunds and any adhoc payment requests.

It is an all-round general finance position and I am looking for someone who is available for the full 3 months. You must have good system admin skills or experience in dealing with large quantities of direct debits and cross referencing to related records making and researching any changes.
