In your day to day you will be responsible for:
- switchboard;
- credit control;
- handling incoming & outgoing mail;
- managing bookings/registrations; processing & fulfilling orders;
- invoicing;
- database management;
- preparation of documentation packs/badges;
- assisting on-the-day at events along with other general office administration and support
