Brook Street Recruitment Agency are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Administrator, based in Nuneaton.
The ideal candidate must have experience working within an office environment, preferably within a finance department. They must be confident taking calls, as well as administration and data entry skills.
Title: Finance Administrator.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 17:00pm (37.5 hours per week) Temporary 8-week contract
Basic Salary: £9:00 per hour.
-Usage of 'Symmetry accounts system'
-Liaising with wider departments.
-Ensuring invoice request forms have the correct backing and evidence.
-General administration duties; filing, photocopying, scanning and filing.
-Data entry/ processing.
-Taking inbound calls and transferring to relevant departments.
