Job Description

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our team based in Warwick on a temporary ongoing basis.

Job Title - Finance Administrator
Location - Warwick (onsite)
Salary - £11.00 per hour
Duration - Temporary ongoing (minimum 1 month)

Due to a large company project, we are anticipating an increase in demand within our shares and bonds team. We are therefore looking to expand our team on a temporary basis to help with the surge in workload.

As a Finance Administrator your duties will include:
" Answering incoming calls to members of the public to help with general enquires.
" Manage company emails by answering enquires or passing on to the relevant colleague whilst keeping the sender updated with the progress.
" Distribute all share and bond enquiries that need more senior assistance
" Write, print and post letter correspondence to members of the public
" Update excel spreadsheets
" Coordinate the internal team to ensure all matters are dealt with in a timely manner
" Any other administrative tasks that may be required

Our ideal candidate will have the below experience:
" Strong administration and coordination skills
" Proficient in all Microsoft packages
" Have a good telephone manner
" Be able to organise their own workload as well as other staff members
" Good numeracy and literacy skills
" Experience withing a finance or banking industry is desirable but not essential.

This is a temporary role to support with an increase in demand. We anticipate this role to be for a minimum of 1 month, though is likely to be extended. To be successful in this role you will be required to complete a 1 stage telephone call, which will be going through the role in more detail as well as enquiring about your previous experience. If successful, you will be offered an immediate start with ourselves.
