Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a finance administrator on a permanent basis for a local, Cardiff based employer with an incredible history spanning over 200 years. This employer offers a fantastic working environment and lots of development potential for the right candidate
We are looking for somebody with the following skills & experience:
- Finance administration or accounts administration
- Excellent customer service skills
Duties will include:
- Ensure accurate credit control and debt recovery records are kept
- Speak to customers to chase payments, update ledgers and ensure credit limits are adhered to
- Escalate and manage disputes with invoices with key colleagues
- Sales and Purchase Ledger duties
- Process payments via telephone from customers
- General accounts & finance administration
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Great IT skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous experience is not required for this role, however previous experience of SAGE and working in a busy office would be advantageous
This is a permanent, full-time vacancy with working hours from 08:30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 07:30-16:30 on Friday with great benefits.
