We are currently working with a UK wide, highly successful Debt Recovery and Asset Management business with offices based in Manchester, seeking a Finance Administrator to work as a Client Relationship Manager within their debt recovery team. Your main focus will be looking after a portfolio of clients whilst also building relationships with debtors to recover monies owed.

As well as a market rate starting salary of £21,000 to £23,000 benefits include a fantastic social scene, free parking and a discounted healthcare scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, plus 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

Ongoing review of files to ensure accuracy, helping deliver a first-class service to all clients.
Manage ongoing relations with clients and ensuring requirements are met on time.
Creating reports for clients when needed.
Ensuring invoices are raised and sent in a timely fashion, taking payments and dealing with postal and online enquiries.
