An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join this thriving Technical service provider based in South Manchester.

The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, an excellent written and verbal communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.

You will have had some previous experience working within an office environment and must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
You must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and an investigative nature.

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all general admin tasks, including but not limited to;

All administrative duties
Creating and logging invoices
Liaising with suppliers
Assisting with management accounts production

Full time Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:00
Immediate start.
