We have an excellent temporary opportunity to get involved with a nationwide company looking to find the perfect candidate to support and provide an administrative function for their finance and accounts team. This role is for 6 months and may even become permanent for the right person.
You will be joining a team of three, one manager two cashiers, in an open plan office to provide process driven support, downloading information and entering onto a spreadsheet, comparing , reviewing and posting journals, dealing with remittance enquiries and supporting the manager as well as generic inbox cover.
The right candidate will:
- be computer literate on all microsoft packages
- have excellent attention to detail
- make proactive logical decisions
- be able to work using their own initiative
- have a good eye for numbers and figures
The role will be hybrid, two days in the office based in the city centre and three at home. All equipment is provided. The hours will need to be between 7.30am and 6pm for 37.5 hours a week, the client is flexible on this dependant on business needs.
