A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a company based in Huntington, York for a Finance Administrator to join them on a permanent, full time basis with an immediate start.
You do not need experience in Finance to be suitable for this position, we are looking for someone who ideally has some experience with Microsoft Packages particularly excel as this is a programme used daily, an interest & capability to learn a varied role and excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company and providing an important link between the Accounts Department and suppliers. They work in a challenging and competitive environment providing general support to the Accounts Team.
- To ensure all emails are managed and responded to.
- To ensure in house CRM system is fully updated
- To ensure all invoices are filed efficiently
- To ensure all incoming and outgoing post is actioned daily
- Support with diary management
- Organising group bookings
- To raise & chase up payments of relevant shortfall invoices
- All administrative duties within the Accounts Department
