Job Description

This is an amazing Opportunity to join a Finance and Accounting Department
We are looking for versatile and experienced individuals to join the Finance & Accounting Client Performance department.

Client Performance is made up of three teams - Implementation, Client Performance and Training. All the department members work across all three teams.
The role of Client Performance is to on board new clients and to support existing clients to maximise the benefit of the services, through the design and application of best practice and training services.
Role Overview
The Client Performance Lead is a developing process lead within Implementation, Best Practice or Training. A Client Performance Lead will often focus on one particular stream (A2R, O2C, P2P and training). Within an implementation project you will work with a client process lead to achieve the desired end result, to the correct quality, within the agreed timescales. As such you will ensure that best practice delivery is used whenever possible.
Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills are required to manipulate client data and to interpret the output from information systems.
You will assist in providing process and training solutions to clients using recognised PRINCE2 methodology. Using your developing knowledge you will ensure that ideal state principles are adopted wherever possible.
You will communicate closely with both stakeholders and Client Performance staff throughout projects and assignments. Working with your Project Manager you will be mindful of project costs and their control. You will arrange and provide workstream training to clients, ensuring that best practice principles are embedded and that clients have a full understanding of processes within your workstream.
You will deliver Client Performance products, e.g. client support, training or guidance on best practice or process change.
Role Responsibilities & Duties
Explain solutions to clients and demonstrate them on the Oracle 12 system
Communicate with key stakeholders both within and outside of the Company
Manipulate data using Excel or appropriate database
Be mindful of costs and cost control within a project
