Brook Street are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant to support a busy and professional client in the Cardiff area.
The role will be to support the Finance Director by supporting with Bookkeeping, Purchase and Sales Ledgers and other finance responsibilities.
The main daily activities will include:
- Bank Reconciliations (Sales and Purchase ledgers and Balance Sheet)
- Management Reporting
- Data Entry using SAGE Accounts System
- Credit Reporting & Management
- Providing day-to-day assistance to the Finance Director
The candidate needs to have experience of Bookkeeping, a strong understanding of SAGE and MS Office (Excel and Word) and an understanding of FX rates.
