My client, an established commercial car deciphers in the region, is recruiting for a finance assistant to be based at their Norwich location. PURPOSE OF JOB
To be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the pallor inputs
To provide banking and purchase ledger support including at other sites.
To ensure that all Company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect and post cash and credit cards daily
Post to nominal ledger ensuring suspense accounts clear
Register and scan invoices
Maintain cash floats and post to nominal ledger
Input manual clockings on jobs for 24hr and onsite technicians and any other manual clock cards
Producing Time and attendance spreadsheet
Provide cover for main duties at other branches
Undertake any other duties as reasonably required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
IT Literate including Excel and Word
Trustworthy and confidential
Numerate and methodical
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Comply with the appropriate Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
